¨ Asbestos containing material (ACM) Building / Site Surveys
Includes selective as well as comprehensive asbestos survey with inspection, sampling, analysis, documentation and report. Comprehensive asbestos survey reports will identify suspect ACM, quantities and location ACM in the building, drawings with sample location and ACM location, photographs, sample analysis reports and recommendations for management of ACM.
¨ Asbestos Abatement Design
MEI provides asbestos abatement design services which includes preparation of asbestos abatement project specifications and contract documents; pre-bid walk through and bid related services.
¨ Operation & Maintenance Program
MEI provides operations and management plan for in-place management of ACM, awareness and O&M training for building occupants to manage ACM, periodic reinspection of ACM etc.
¨ Project Oversight & Air Monitoring
MEI provides project management services for asbestos abatement projects which includes bid services, pre-construction coordination, project oversight, daily inspection and air monitoring, clearance inspection and clearance air monitoring, project close out documentations.
